Our salesman was upfront, honest, and put n pressure on us to buy a car. For me the dread of going to a dealership was non-existent in this case.

Charles was great. Completed everything I requested and was thorough. And I was in and out quickly.

Repairs were made and so far everything seems to be ok. I am disappointed in the way I received my vehicle back. When I got into my truck to drive off I noticed that my console had been gone through and many personal items were strewn all over the vehicle and then either shoved into the door pockets or just thrown in the passenger seat. I use my truck for work and yes, I had a lot of miscellaneous items in the back seat but I was disappointed in the way my personal items were gone through and discarded. The entire experience with the repairs was very disappointing from initial contact to picking up. I'm only one customer but I feel discouraged and upset with the manner in which I was treated. I hope all customers aren't treated like this.

Michelle Alexander took great care of me during my recent service visit. She informed me of some safety issues to address in addition to the maintenance we originally discussed. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Michelle was very helpful in getting us to use our points for service work done. Also she advised us which credit card would not charge an extra 3% on the balance of our bill. Since we are not computer savvy, she walked us thru to get to our points.

This is my third purchase from Griffin and with Tyler. I can't say enough about the service he provides. Although buying a vehicle can be a stressful task, Tyler makes it easier. The service team is attentive and helpful. However, not through any fault of the service team, the issue with my vehicle still persists. I’m hoping to bring in my vehicle in again, in the near future, to hopefully resolve the issues.

Had oil leak around the oil filter. All possible area's were checked. I had efficient service, leak was totally found and repaired with new oil filter.

Most would say they hate buying a car, and I would tend to agree. However, this time it was different. Well worth traveling from out of town. Granted, I knew what I wanted (which is why I traveled to come there) and I came with cash in hand. Chandler was awesome and I am sure he would have been more than willing and able to go through the whole GMC lineup with us. I have already told several people who have asked about my truck that they better give yall a chance first. I will certainly be keeping the Griffin sticker on my tailgate!

Got over charged for a simple battery test and when I said I would change the battery myself the people in the service department gave a attitude and a 3% service charge on credit cards is outrageous

I felt like I was extremely overcharged for basic maintenance that I could have had done at different automotive repair shop. I believe I paid more to offset high the cost of the mechanics labor. So, in a nutshell, I could have paid way less for the same maintenance at the Firestone near my house.

Communications with me was very bad charged me for a part without asking for approval. Check engine light still on after service. Took it back for check engine light and they wanted to charge me for something else to fix. Very disappointed

Friendly and timely service

I came in for an oil change and my tire was punctured as it was driven to the bay. When my car return to me, the Check tire indicator light was on and there was oil on the steering wheel, door panel and arm rest. For better practice gloves and paper floor mats should be required for customer courtesy.

Charles Hedrick checked me in. He was the best! First one to tell me that I could use my GM points in my service and I’ve had my car since 2017! I really appreciated his help!

The service department staff were very helpful. The knowledge of the advisor helped me on my new truck with how everything works.

Charles in service had mechanic Shane install new tires, tune up and more mechanical upgrades and service. 30 years old, 300,000 miles still going! Was pleased with the service to my older vehicle. Took some patience. Its driving smooth now with all the upgrades. Next service will need to clear the A/C drain line and cowling from being parked under a tree.

Service was very good. However, Too many afterwards phone calls and emails for several subjects. EG buy a new car,sell, my current car, schedule additional service, service surveys, etc etc. Please stop or I need to get service elsewhere.

I had a warranty issue and I was able to receive an appointment almost immediately upon contacting the dealership. They ordered the part and repaired it, and I’ve had no further issues.

Best experience I've had with a dealership, ever! Negotiation was straightforward and transparent. Did not try to sell me anything extra. The service to my vehicle itself was good. The issue I had was that the inside of my vehicle had been ransacked and a few things stolen. I'm not sure if it was left unlocked, or the windows down, or what. But someone had definitely got through all of the compartments of the vehicle, emptied them out onto the car floor, and taken what they wanted including headphones, sunglasses, and its hard to tell what else.

My transmission in my 2019 Chevy Tahoe failed at 113,000 miles. It cost me over $7,000.00 to Have a rebuilt transmission installed. I am definitely disappointed in the quality of the original Transmission.

My experience with the service department was very smooth. I made my service appointment on-line with Michele as my service advisor. When I arrived, I dropped the keys off and Michele had arranged my transportation back to work. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It was a quick and stress-free experience. When the service was complete on my truck, transportation was again arranged by the service group. I highly recommend using Griffin for servicing vehicles.

The service was excellent. I was disappointed because when I bought this truck in May the salesman told me the first oil change was free. Thus was not true.

I had One free oil change left from the package I bought when I purchased my car and when I had my oil changed on 11/15 they told me it had expired, how does something I already paid for expire. And they should have told me that before they changed my oil.
