2nd time visiting your service department. And second time I leave disappointed with no answers or solutions

My issue was mis-diagnosed and I paid $2000.00 for work I didn't need, They replaced my Transmission Control Module (TCM) and the codes indicated I needed a new transmission. Two other independent Transmission shops indicated I needed a new Transmission as well. When I mentioned that it was mis-diagnosed they didn't seem to want to accept responsibility. The service team was awesome and did great work. I finally go a new transmission from Griffin GMC. Just be careful that they may bill you for work you do not need.

Everything was great! Check in was fast, waiting area was clean and comfortable. Service was completed quickly.

I am from NY and this was my first out of state new vehicle purchase and I couldn't be happier. Tyler Sheldon and Griffin Motors were excellent and I highly recommend them. Tyler was extremely patient and his honesty and integrity is why I followed through with the purchase, and what I would expect to get when purchasing a new vehicle in today's market. The manager even reached out to me to assure me that the price that we negotiated was what I was going to pay once I picked up the truck, not a penny more. After taking the one way flight and getting to the dealership, and completing the purchase, I drove off the lot paying exactly what we negotiated. They were kind, honest, patient and I couldn't be happier with Griffin Motors. I would definitely do business with them, and refer others to them in the future.

Replaced new battery with another AC Delhi battery and it was the fix! Who would have thought but it fixed the problem.

Repairs were made and so far everything seems to be ok. I am disappointed in the way I received my vehicle back. When I got into my truck to drive off I noticed that my console had been gone through and many personal items were strewn all over the vehicle and then either shoved into the door pockets or just thrown in the passenger seat. I use my truck for work and yes, I had a lot of miscellaneous items in the back seat but I was disappointed in the way my personal items were gone through and discarded. The entire experience with the repairs was very disappointing from initial contact to picking up. I'm only one customer but I feel discouraged and upset with the manner in which I was treated. I hope all customers aren't treated like this.

This is my third purchase from Griffin and with Tyler. I can't say enough about the service he provides. Although buying a vehicle can be a stressful task, Tyler makes it easier. Staff was nice. Salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. Only downfall about dealership was they weren't willing to negotiate.

Most would say they hate buying a car, and I would tend to agree. However, this time it was different. Well worth traveling from out of town. Granted, I knew what I wanted (which is why I traveled to come there) and I came with cash in hand. Chandler was awesome and I am sure he would have been more than willing and able to go through the whole GMC lineup with us. I have already told several people who have asked about my truck that they better give yall a chance first. I will certainly be keeping the Griffin sticker on my tailgate!

The service team is attentive and helpful. However, not through any fault of the service team, the issue with my vehicle still persists. I’m hoping to bring in my vehicle in again, in the near future, to hopefully resolve the issues.

Had oil leak around the oil filter. All possible area's were checked. I had efficient service, leak was totally found and repaired with new oil filter.

Best experience I've had with a dealership, ever! Negotiation was straightforward and transparent. Did not try to sell me anything extra. Tyler was sales guy I dealt with over the phone and Miguel was who finished the process in person - both were great! Thank you so much for making the process smooth and seamless :-)

I had preventative maintenance and a warranty issue addressed. Things were taken care of in a very timely manner while I waited.

I felt like I was extremely overcharged for basic maintenance that I could have had done at different automotive repair shop. I believe I paid more to offset high the cost of the mechanics labor. So, in a nutshell, I could have paid way less for the same maintenance at the Firestone near my house.

Communications with me was very bad charged me for a part without asking for approval. Check engine light still on after service. Took it back for check engine light and they wanted to charge me for something else to fix. Very disappointed

I came in for an oil change and my tire was punctured as it was driven to the bay. When my car return to me, the Check tire indicator light was on and there was oil on the steering wheel, door panel and arm rest. For better practice gloves and paper floor mats should be required for customer courtesy.

Charles Hedrick checked me in. He was the best! First one to tell me that I could use my GM points in my service and I’ve had my car since 2017! I really appreciated his help!

Charles in service had mechanic Shane install new tires, tune up and more mechanical upgrades and service. 30 years old, 300,000 miles still going! Was pleased with the service to my older vehicle. Took some patience. Its driving smooth now with all the upgrades. Next service will need to clear the A/C drain line and cowling from being parked under a tree.

Service was very good. However, Too many afterwards phone calls and emails for several subjects. EG buy a new car,sell, my current car, schedule additional service, service surveys, etc etc. Please stop or I need to get service elsewhere.

The service to my vehicle itself was good. The issue I had was that the inside of my vehicle had been ransacked and a few things stolen. I'm not sure if it was left unlocked, or the windows down, or what. But someone had definitely got through all of the compartments of the vehicle, emptied them out onto the car floor, and taken what they wanted including headphones, sunglasses, and its hard to tell what else.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am about the service Griffin Buick provided on my car. In all the years of purchasing cars I have never had a dealer/service department be so thorough for an inspection and report back to the owner. My transmission in my 2019 Chevy Tahoe failed at 113,000 miles. It cost me over $7,000.00 to Have a rebuilt transmission installed. I am definitely disappointed in the quality of the original Transmission.

When I arrived, I dropped the keys off and Michele had arranged my transportation back to work. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It was a quick and stress-free experience.
