My issue was mis-diagnosed and I paid $2000.00 for work I didn't need, They replaced my Transmission Control Module (TCM) and the codes indicated I needed a new transmission. Two other independent Transmission shops indicated I needed a new Transmission as well. When I mentioned that it was mis-diagnosed they didn't seem to want to accept responsibility. The service team was awesome and did great work. I finally go a new transmission from Griffin GMC. Just be careful that they may bill you for work you do not need.

I am from NY and this was my first out of state new vehicle purchase and I couldn't be happier. Tyler Sheldon and Griffin Motors were excellent and I highly recommend them. Tyler was extremely patient and his honesty and integrity is why I followed through with the purchase, and what I would expect to get when purchasing a new vehicle in today's market. The manager even reached out to me to assure me that the price that we negotiated was what I was going to pay once I picked up the truck, not a penny more. After taking the one way flight and getting to the dealership, and completing the purchase, I drove off the lot paying exactly what we negotiated. They were kind, honest, patient and I couldn't be happier with Griffin Motors. I would definitely do business with them, and refer others to them in the future.

Repairs were made and so far everything seems to be ok. I am disappointed in the way I received my vehicle back. When I got into my truck to drive off I noticed that my console had been gone through and many personal items were strewn all over the vehicle and then either shoved into the door pockets or just thrown in the passenger seat. I use my truck for work and yes, I had a lot of miscellaneous items in the back seat but I was disappointed in the way my personal items were gone through and discarded. The entire experience with the repairs was very disappointing from initial contact to picking up. I'm only one customer but I feel discouraged and upset with the manner in which I was treated. I hope all customers aren't treated like this.

Most would say they hate buying a car, and I would tend to agree. However, this time it was different. Well worth traveling from out of town. I came in for an oil change and my tire was punctured as it was driven to the bay. When my car return to me, the Check tire indicator light was on and there was oil on the steering wheel, door panel and arm rest. For better practice gloves and paper floor mats should be required for customer courtesy.

Charles in service had mechanic Shane install new tires, tune up and more mechanical upgrades and service. 30 years old, 300,000 miles still going! Was pleased with the service to my older vehicle. Took some patience. Its driving smooth now with all the upgrades. Next service will need to clear the A/C drain line and cowling from being parked under a tree.

The service to my vehicle itself was good. The issue I had was that the inside of my vehicle had been ransacked and a few things stolen. I'm not sure if it was left unlocked, or the windows down, or what. But someone had definitely got through all of the compartments of the vehicle, emptied them out onto the car floor, and taken what they wanted including headphones, sunglasses, and its hard to tell what else.

My experience with the service department was very smooth. I made my service appointment on-line with Michele as my service advisor. When I arrived, I dropped the keys off and Michele had arranged my transportation back to work. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It was a quick and stress-free experience.
