My transmission in my 2019 Chevy Tahoe failed at 113,000 miles. It cost me over $7,000.00 to Have a rebuilt transmission installed. I am definitely disappointed in the quality of the original Transmission.

I always get exceptional service from the service department which is more important to me than the sales department which is why I will always make the trip to Griffin Motors for all my service needs!! Charles is an amazing service coordinator. He is and will be my goto guy for all of my family GM needs.

The service to my vehicle itself was good. The issue I had was that the inside of my vehicle had been ransacked and a few things stolen. I'm not sure if it was left unlocked, or the windows down, or what. But someone had definitely got through all of the compartments of the vehicle, emptied them out onto the car floor, and taken what they wanted including headphones, sunglasses, and its hard to tell what else.

We had the pleasure of having Charles help us through this process. He was absolutely a kind and helpful man. He made sure that getting what we needed done was quick and easy, that’s how ever experience should be!

Great service! Although, I usually sit with your best salesman, J T Norman, while my vehicle is serviced. This time I ended up buying an Encore. Who knew!!

My experience with the service department was very smooth. I made my service appointment on-line with Michele as my service advisor. When I arrived, I dropped the keys off and Michele had arranged my transportation back to work. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It was a quick and stress-free experience. When the service was complete on my truck, transportation was again arranged by the service group. I highly recommend using Griffin for servicing vehicles.

I had One free oil change left from the package I bought when I purchased my car and when I had my oil changed on 11/15 they told me it had expired, how does something I already paid for expire. And they should have told me that before they changed my oil.

Repair was delayed a little and I’m. It sure the issue is 100% resolved as my indicator light still comes on intermittently, but Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was always pleasant and kept me updated. She’s a keeper, excellent customer service skills

The Service Representative was very engaged in communications and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would have liked a printout of the vehicle alignment specs showing the before and after details along with information regarding the condition of the suspension components.

As always service was wonderful, Anthony answered all my questions and helped with my concerns. i think some people think dealer repair but that not been experience. friendly professional service which is either or less then other repair shops and they know my car.

I brought my truck in for a bad transmission shudder and suspected transmission failure. Michelle was quick to get it in and inspected. The transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. Michelle handled all the warranty paperwork and kept me informed throughout the process.

Made an appt- took truck in on 6/4/26 due to windshield wipers not working. Was told it was the Wiper switch. Needed replacement. RO # 1682795/1 $698.31. Then on 6/19/26 the Wipers failed again in the rain (1st time using since repair). This time I was told that the Wiper Motor had failed. RO# 1683189/1 $897.12. Then I had to wait for part to come in on 6/23/26. So, I picked up truck and returned on 6/23/26. That made me have 3 trips to dealership service for the same issues. Feel like I should not have been charged the labor on second time of $370. Same Tech on both visits. Misdiagnosis caused me possible unneeded / higher repair costs, not to mention time and expenses for trouble. Griffin GMC Pontiac should refund the labor cost on the second repair. And to then to top it off- I had to adjust the plastic scowl over the wiper motor due to it not being properly seated / replaced correctly after the install of motor. I noticed the odd placement on the windshield on the way home from dealership. I refused to return to dealership again! I have no issues with Kevin Trudeau at the Service Desk. But I really question the ability and competence of the Tech: Tariq Hincher on the original diagnosis and repairs. Seems like I got baited and switched for extra unneeded repairs! I have notified BBB and Josh Stine of this. Maye Action 9 as well!

Service technician was very friendly helpful and a pleasure to deal with timeframe in and out was excellent. Only issue was when I went to leave. I noticed fingerprints on the Hood, the side of the vehicle, door handles on the door panel and hand marks on the inside of the vehicle.

Brought vehicle in because a/c was not cooling. Was told it was discharge hose and going to cost me $1060.00. More than I could afford at the time. Not covered under extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle in January 2026. Was then charged $195+ for diagnostic fee that i was not informed about until I told them I could not afford repairs. Finally talked him down to $170. Not happy at all with Griffin. Since my purchase, I have also had to have the tensioner and timing belt replaced which I was told was also not under my extended warranty. Cost me almost $450. Not happy with Griffin service at all.

Very fast service but expensive! Who would ever think that a battery would cost over $400? Total service cost for battery and wheel alignment…nearly $700.

My experience couldn’t have been better. I live out of state and worked with sales manager Mike Streng initially to discuss how the out-of-state purchase works. Miguel Leon was the salesman who assisted me. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer every question. There’s a little bit of common sense left in this world.

I walked in on Wednesday 7/1 to have an engine light looked at. Kevin had the crew look at it, and explained they had to order pieces. He could bring me home and pick me up tomorrow when the car was done. I had to check my drs appt and would come in the following morning at 9. I explained the next morning that my appt was at 12:30 , and could I wait in your waiting room (which was more comfortable !) I was getting ready to remind him that I needed to go at 11:30, when he came and told me the car was done! And Kevin had found my extended warranty! Thank you Kevin and Griffin!

Read where GM has switched GM vehicles from 0w-20 to 5w-20 to aid in lifter issues. During oil change, requested this switch but was informed that dealership didn't have 5w-20 on-site. Bit disappointed w that and went with what was on-site which was 0w-20. Might need to check w Service department to ensure this capability for customers requesting
