The Buick Envision’s Following Distance Indicator alerts you to the time gap in seconds between yourself a vehicle ahead of you.
This allows you to make necessary adjustments and observe the safest, most optimal following distance gap.
IntelliBeam is Buick’s name for its auto high beams. According to surrounding conditions on the road, IntelliBeam automatically turns the high beams off an on. It illuminates the road at just the right time with low beams, sparing other motorists the glare.
Front Pedestrian Braking
At high speeds and speeds lower than 50 mph, the Buick Envision senses potential collisions with pedestrians up ahead. It can also deploy emergency braking if your reflexes prove slower than events unfolding on the road. This system also has some low-visibility and nighttime performance.
